Anchor Winch Wiring

Bought a Lewmar V 700 last year - time to get it installed.
SL22 anchor locker will have to hold rode and chain as I am using the lid to mount the winch. More on that later...
Lots of swedging # 8 awg wire and smaller control wire to the multi post controller box, circuit breaker and bus bars. I need a cover for the hot buss.   Using 8-10 awg connector to winch leads.

Still need to finish up and secure the wire runs. Need one of you Neatnik folks for the unseen birds nest behind the helm panel.  Port window wiper switch above anchor switch.

Yes.  That's a port side helm for the kicker.
Having the wiper control operated by the passenger simplifies things.

Question on the component (busbar??) you're using for the hot side.  Isn't that type of component supposed to be used to run grounds or the negative side to.  The busbars I'm using for the positive come with a cover.

REplaced the 10 awg duplex with 8 to match the battery to helm run.
