There should only be security questions when you're trying to recover your password. Can you describe the exact path you took to get the questions?

After typing up my post after clicking the "new topic" button at the bottom where it says post or preview there was the same box with scrambled letters and the 4 security questions, the same as when I joined the forum.  Every time I tapped preview or post it popped up the message that the letters I had typed didn't match and that I had incorrectly answered the security questions.  I finally tried using all lower case and the post went through.  I'll try for a screen shot when I get home, (this was when using a PC not a phone). 

It's really for the best since I had typed up a long post with questions comparing SE15-11 to a SC17 and instead spent some time with the search function and found my answers. 

I'm hoping to buy an Arima soon and this forum is a great resource, thanks!
