Kinda curious why certain pics aren't allowed to be uploaded.  When writing a recent post, I was attempting to upload a few pics.  I uploaded one and attached it to the post with no problem (so, not a "user error").  But, the second one came up as "Your attachment has failed security checks and cannot be uploaded. Please consult the forum administrator."

I picked a different photo to upload to the same post.  It uploaded and attached with no problems as well.  Problem seemed to be just the one photo.

I did try to add it to a separate post to rule out that I was being limited by number of pics in a post or file size.  I got the same error message when attempting this.

The pic in question was taken with the same camera (phone), at the same time-frame, and of the same general subject as the others that successfully posted.

Any thoughts?

Hi there,

I seem to have a problem figuring out how to post a photo in a message to someone here.  The only option I seem to have is to add a URL.  I am just used to browsing to the pertinent folder.  What am I doing wrong?

Thanks,

Keith
