For some reason, when viewing the forum via mobile following the update, I can only view threads with "new" posts. Where's the setting to change this? On my PC, I can view all threads, new or not. This is what I prefer.

It's hard for me to fix unless I can replicate it. Post a screen shot, please.

I think it's one of two things. Maybe you've hit the "unread posts" link or maybe something in your "profile" / "look and Layout" settings. Here's mine. Yours may look different on your two devices.

My settings appear the same as yours. When I open a forum page, such as "Open Forum," it's defaulting to "Recent Unread Topics," for some reason. The weird thing is that it doesn't happen every time.

I can see "All," if I click the link I've circled in this screen shot

Those are two different links. Use the OPEN FORUM link to see the entire forum. To see just the posts that you have yet to read, click on the RECENT UNREAD TOPICS link.

If I'm still missing something in your explanation, please let me know.

I'm not 'splashing this very well, I guess.

If I'm viewing the main/home menu, and click the link to enter the "Open Forum," it opens with only the "Recent Unread Topics" list within the Open Forum, as seen in the first screen shot I posted.

From there I can click the link I circled in the second screen shot to see all topics.

This default to the "Unread" list, happens only when viewing with Safari on my iPhone. Using Firefox on my PC, I view the full list when entering a forum.

Ultimately this isn't a huge deal, I just find it odd and prefer to see all topics, as I often return to a stale topic for reference or to add a response.

Try checking your Forum Profile and then Look and Layout while on your mobile device. Make sure your current theme is set to Forum Default.

Try logging out, close Safari, turn off your phone, and start it up again and log in to the forum. The old software had a mobile theme that is no longer needed with this forum software.

Interesting. When I access the forum from my iPhone, the link for unread posts is at the top not down with the forum links like in your view.

Update: I finally figured out how this was happening. On Safari/Mobile, I was clicking the "speach-bubble" icon to the left of the sub-forum titles. If I click directly on the title it shows all topics. If clicking the speech-bubble, I get only the topics with new posts since my last visit.

I just tried that and it works just like you note. I've never entered the forums that way before.
