Extra Gas Can Storage
Against some advice on this forum, I added a portable gas can in the front of the cuddy.  I have it strapped down.  I made cleats out of Starboard that fit into the grooves on the bottom of the plastic gas can.  This helps even further to limit movement of the can.  These cleats will effectively keep the can from moving side-to-side and back-and-forth.  The strap will mainly be needed to keep the can from moving up and down.  However, with the very limited space in the cuddy, there isn't really room for up and down movement anyway.

We'll see how this works out.

Pics of my railings

Upgrade/Add New Dash Switches
I finally got rid of the 43-year old factory-original switches as well as a couple that I had jerry-rigged.  Replaced with new Blue Seas switches.  Added a few new switches to run a second bilge pump, shut off my stereo, and run some new cabin rope lights.

Deck Hatch Finger Holes
Decided to get rid of the hokey carriage bolts that were often hard to grap/grip to lift.  Replaced with drain tubes cut to fit and flared in place.  Now I can just stick my finger in the hole and lift.
