Losing amps

I hope this helps but it think you already found the problem.

With a voltmeter check the battery voltage disconnected (12.6v dc approx fully charged), then install the battery back and start the engine you should read around 13-14.7v  dc on your meter. If it is at 12.6 or lower then you have issues with the alternator, regulator or wires from the charging system. To check any wire connection use your voltmeter over the wire (should have close to no voltage drop a bad corroded connection will have more than 0.3v dc drop) battery connected engine running. FYI over 15.7v dc will overcharge the battery.

Now if that checks out fine  shut down every thing turn off everything and get 12v test lamp  install it in series with the negative cable (between) if the lamp on the test bulb is lit then you have a draw (leak) in the system. One by one slowly remove fuses or wires until you see which circuit is drawing the current (lamp gets dim or turns off).

When you find the circuit isolate it and now trace it down and repair as required.
