Send them up and we can get the logo put on for less than $10 per item I think.

Thanks Wedocq.  I'll have to try those.  It would be nice to have the shirt and mask all one piece.

I have purchased and tested five different types of sun protection for my face.  The downfall to most of them is that they tend to fog up your glasses.  I found one that I like which minimizes the amount of fog from your breath on a cold morning.....

The "Breathelikeafish" mask has a net type material that you can breathe through.  I still get some fog on my glasses if it is not positioned just right.

I tested lots of gloves too. the best so far are "Buffs".  Thanks to Kimbrey for the tip.

Well, you have to get some sun.  I just got back from the VA, and my vitamin D blood test was too low.   :bigshock:  I have been taking 2000 mg per day since my diagnosis and the PA suggested that I increase to 4000 .  Guess I'll have to live outside the Ninja suit a bit more.   :shrug9:

There must be a fine line on what is the too much sun, and what is not enough. When my Brother in law was in the marines a while back stationed in Hawaii, my sister was diagnose with MS. It took them almost a year to diagnose it because of how rare it is there. MS is very uncommon in Hawaii because it has been linked to a vitamin D deficiency (Most Hawaiians don't have this issue). Washington State on the other hand, has one of the highest rates of MS cases.

Shawn,

Here's a report from the Wall Street Journal that supports your info....

I think everyone should be taking a 4000 to 5000mg supplement of vitamin D.  Particularly if you live in the NW.

Obviously, for me, 2000 was not enough.

We just have to drop what we are doing and make it a point to get out in the sunshine on the rare days that it occurs....
