Image re sizer..Free  Easy and good...use this before you upload.. the instructions are here on this link.. The thing I like about this is it's integrated into your right click menu.. in windows.. so just select a picture and right click and resize it and then upload it..

I think this one will be way easier than the one I've been trying out, FreeSizer. Being able to use the right click button, then attach is simple rather than find the picture, open FreeSizer, click & drag, click 'resize', re-find the resized picture, attach. One question though, what file size do you suggest, the small size, custom @ 640x480, or ??? Thanks,
