I am no longer able to populate my username and password from my saved keychain when logging in.  Stopped working about a month ago.

I've cleared history and tried using alternate browsers, still not working.  It was working fine before.

I just changed my password in an attempt to get it to work and when logging in was prompted to "Save Password".  Verified the new password is in the keychain but still not populating when I log in on the site.

Has something changed on your end?  Do you not allow auto population of usernames and passwords anymore for a security reason.

If I manually put my username and new password in, I log in fine.

Please let me know.

Thanks

P

Nothing has changed here for about 6 months. I do most of my internet browsing from my iPad and some from my iPhone. I get varying results on websites but the keychain is consistent on ArimaOwners. When I'm on my Windows PC, I don't have any keychain software so I can't be of any help there.

Have you changed browsers? I don't know enough about keychain software. Maybe someone else can post some thoughts.

I think it happened after an Apple update.

I do this...

1. Click on the space where the password goes. Then tap again.
2. Click on the "Autofill" popup. This takes you to your keychain.
3. Tap on the Arima password and the password will populate.
4. You have to do the same to Autofill the Username.

Not sure if this will work the same on the Mac as I use my phone and iPad.

My Apple devices updated a few days ago and this is happening on them as well.

Croakers advice works for me.

Unfortunately this didn't work on my MacPro. It's something to do with the last update and using Safari.  I tried Bing (no go) then used Google and it worked.  Just made a bookmark from the Google browser and it's functioning again.  I've had more than one incident where an Apple update broke something...
Thanks guys.
