WHAT!..........A 2003 Sprinter? And its got the built-in factory fuel tank?  But a "Sprinter"?    If that was a Hunter, it would be in my garage as soon as possible.  Those carbed Honda 50's purr like kittens. Once again........   Oh yeah.......and there would be a kicker motor/with bracket for sale on the Boston Craigslist. (ha)

People have molded fiberglass into thousands of shapes for boats, unfortunately, none of which I've been able to truly fall head over heels in love with.

That Sprinter looks pretty sweet with a kicker and all the canvas and glass.  Not really a bad price.  I'd need to get that and a bit more for mine if I wanted to recoup what I have into it.  In the right market it should sell.

Hooky: I dare say; your Sprinter "takes the cake" when it comes to condition. Personally, I've never seen better. That aside, I would never be in favor of adding a kicker to a boat as small as these Sprinters and Hunters. IMO, Arima's transom design just doesn't offer enough buoyancy to make that feasible.

Agreed on the kicker.  Already a bit heavy in the back end.  Mine is for sure with the 70.

BTW, take a close look at how 'high' that 50 Honda is mounted. At the risk of being critical, I don't think that's right! Well......on second thought, with that kicker mounted so far aft, and 'leveraging' that weight, it could be that little hull sits quite low in the water. Do you suppose that motor was raised in an attempt to compensate? I suppose, under such a condition, the whale tail could have been another way to make up for what might have been a less than exuberant time to plane. :shrug9:
Just my opinions of course, but if that were a Hunter, and I happened to get my grubby little hands on it, that kicker and bracket would go "bye, bye". The motor would go "down, down" and the whale tail would be ordered to take a "hike".  :jester: All that aside.....she's still a little beauty.

Just thought I'd copy this for future perusal. That said, here I go assuming we'll continue to be able to see this boat from this link; i.e., after it sells.  Would this be correct?  :shrug9:

I believe once ad expires or deleted info is gone ? What I do is hit reply on ad and see if there's a phone number, if so I make copy of ad with phone # and add it to my stack on desk  for later date.

Hudman:  Okay. Thanks for that.  Good to know.  I'm going to let this one run-out just as a test to see what happens.  One thing's for sure; I'll find out as soon as it sells. Ha  Thanks again.
