Snow??? --  SNOW??? --- REALLY!!!???   :berry:

Can you believe that nonsense (not my word of choice but this is a family channel).   :shrug9:

When I was up around 1:30 this morning there was 2 to 3 inches on the ground.  Still some left this morning, but mostly a sloppy wet mess about an inch or so deep.

It's March 13 for crying out loud.  Fishing for springers in the snow???   :hoboy:  Might as well go work on my taxes----

Snow? It is in the uppers 60s here in the North Country of the Northeast. We had a record snowfall this year, I think we had 15 inches total this year.

Wow what a strange year as we normally have 65 to 80 inches for the season. Thursday is forecasted to be in the 70s here in the Adirondacks and I have the itch to go fishing.

Streamfixer,

Why were you up at 1:30 ?? You're not getting much sleep. At your age one needs to get a good nights sleep.

Answering Nature's call

And yes at my age I need my rest,  Unfortunately, nature calls a couple of times a night.

Right now the snow is coming down so thick we are at about 50 yd visibility.  Big white sloppy wet blobs, not flakes.

Temp is 35 (F not C)

Woody,

You forgot to mention "and greener grass in the summer".

As a kid we used to be told to never "eat the yellow snow".

We were never warned about the green grass.

Things are pretty bad when all there is to post about low fluid pressure ,writing in snow , making it yellow.I am totally surprised your wives have  not kicked your sorry tails out of the house and told you not to come back until you have caught a Spring Chinook. LMAO !!!!! I know mine would love to get rid of me until it is time to take her back to Hawaii. Of course there are a few on here that have been lucky enough to catch a fish this year. Kudos to them. With all that has been happening around the house the last couple of weeks and the vacation before that , my boat is looking lonely in it parking spot begging me to get out there a clean it up and get the motors fired up. So when the fishing does get hot I am ready to go.Look at me rattling on . If  I had some snow on the ground I would be writing in yellow also just to entertain myself.I could go on about that some more too, But instead I will end and go back to getting tackle ready for the big run of springers.
