I just got a delivery from UPS and I saw this UPS guy roll up on this weird looking electric bike with a trailer, never seen this before. The guy told me this is UPS's new way of doing some of it's residential deliveries in some cities.

Very creative!  Wish the post office could figure out how to innovate.
BTW, have you seen that just about every package you ship costs at least $30 nowadays???

I agree Mark, the cost of shipping is getting ridiculous, even shipping locally.

Unfortunately the sites I use usually have $50 minimum for the freight. :hoboy: Looks like I need some cheaper sites to order from.

Check out www.hodgesmarine.com. They have free 1-6 day shipping and $20 2-day shipping for the lower 48. Decent prices too. Back on topic now. The bikes seem like they would save UPS some money so I am sure corporate loves it! No costly vehicle insurance like they have with the delivery trucks, no fuel burned in traffic, etc.
