I just purchased an 1991 sea ranger 19 ht. I did not get the fuel tank capacity.  Thanks in advance for that info. Wayne

Pretty sure all fuel tanks on all 19's are 48 gallons.

Pull the rear panel and look at the markings on the tank..

Belinda says all SR19 tanks AFTER 92-93 are 48 gallons, she would know about '91's too, I'm sure.  My '96 tank label is unreadable, so I'm taking her word.  Whatever you find it to be,  please post.

Hi Wayne,
I have a 91 19' SR. When we bought the boat the owner gave us the original Arima Catalog. It shows the SR comes with a 30 Gal tank standard with the 48 Gal an optional upgrade. The 48 is angled on the top and takes up virtually all the space under the motor well. I believe the 30 gal is flat on the top.

One of the 19's I had did have the smaller tank. The other had the 48g. Both were 1989 models. Not sure if they were doing the "Fish on" models at that point. Could of been a custom factory order I suppose. I am sure they were both factory.

Same thing happened in the 17s.  My 1987 had a 22 gallon flat top tank and the 2001 has 27 gallon angled tank.

So OP...  Flat top or angled?
