:yeahthat:  They would look good at a business but would not like them at my home - maybe garage ornaments :shrug9:

I seem to recall, somewhere in my travels, seeing a cowling used as a mailbox.  Talk about product loyalty.  :hoboy:

Dear Arima:  Please "square-off" the Hunter transom.  Make it like my old 77 Silverline.  Thank you.  Oh yeah...please hurry; I'm getting old.

That’s a good idea. But those old cowls are expensive...

Yes CS, but based on the condition, looks like Mark could only expect to get about half that value.

I guess it cuts down on the cost of gas!
He could still sell the cowls, he just needs to find a buyer thats a real optimist.

On those old Force cowlings, If you didn't have the power head for the necessary weight, you could fill the bare cowling with concrete and still have a good anchor!  RK

Ye who are unencumbered can decorate as you wish!

I sold a skiff on our boats for sale board that I had intended to saw in half lengthwise and mount on the wall in our Whidbey house after my wife said no to the idea.  Bruce I hope it looks good in your yard!
