Can you identify this car?

Here’s a clue- it is a 1991 model.

Looks like a Nissan Figaro. Only produced in 1991, not very successful at all in the US. Yup, I am a car guy also.

Thanks! Had to do some research to get these numbers because I recognized the car but knew nothing about it, but it looks like it has an 987cc, 4 cylinder engine producing 73 horsepower with a turbo, getting the car up to 106 mph. It weighed about 1,700 pounds, so that 73 horse engine could carry it fairly well. They started out only producing 8,000 of them but later bumped it up to 20,000 because of demand (mainly in Japan), but it became like a Friday night bingo raffle to get one in the US.

This car looks like it just rolled out of the showroom, and appears to have a sun roof, too.

Looks like Nissan made a modern version of a 50's/60's era VW Karmann Ghia.

The antenna helps judge where the bumper is in relation to stationary objects- mounted on opposite corner from steering wheel.
