Well thought out. It does look like a factory install. Should make your ride a lot smoother.

Thanks guys.   If this set up works as advertised it should greatly improve our boating experience, especially on those 2 hour runs out of Westport and Neah Bay.   With both my wife and I having less than prefect backs I am hoping this investment with mean more years of enjoying or Arima and since I am retiring at the end of March I want to be on the water a lot more.

If you are up in Neah Bay in May and want to stop by to check the set up out let me know.  Oh, that is not an offer for a seat on a Halibut day, My Wife and brother in law have those spoken for.   We are looking forward to the trip even though the state messed up the over all experience and having the bigger Arima group up.   We missed last year with my brother in law battling cancer but he is doing well now and looking forward to the trip.

I bought the pump from them.   It goes up to 300 psi.

Well today we got the boat out on lake Washington to sea trial the new seat suspension mod.  All I can say is Wow!   They far exceeded my expectations.  We found some wind chop and crossed our own wake a few times and absolutely no jarring.

I was up by the 520 bridge headed back south and here comes about a 40 foot yacht putting up a really big wake.  I looked at my wife and said let’s really test it.  We were running at 4000rpm about 26mph.  We hit the wake and I think we came off the water.   The landing was hard!   We looked at each other amazed, none of the impact was felt by our bodies, the Shockwave S5, dissipated all that energy really well.
Additionally, the new higher seated position is awesome with no impact on boat stability.

This was a really good investment in our health and boating pleasure.

Just wanted to follow up with how the Shockwave S5 suspension system worked out at Neah Bay.   We had some pretty rough seas out there.   We were pleased and amazed at how different the boat felt and how much shock we were shielded from with the new system.   It truly feels like a new boat.   Our backs and necks made it through the week without being in pain.   There were the best investment we could have made in the boat.   After spending a week in them I am so happy we made the decision to buy them.
Another really great thing is the raised seated position.   So much better viability and in our set up it reduces shoulder tension, which I did not know was an issue.
