I'm glad Garmin has improved the customer experience for TR-1 customers.
Before Garmin owned them, I bought a factory refurbished unit, direct from TR-1. The ECU was bad, out of the box. They wouldn't replace, repair, or take-back the bad unit. My only option was to buy another ECU. The stupid thing never did work correctly, and cost me more than it would have to buy new.
