Sorry I'll miss the grub!

Hey Mark, Jimmy asked me to mail some shad up for bait for you guys.  I put about 10 pounds in the mail this morning.  USPS said it should be at your place on Friday or Saturday.

Didn't bother with dry ice, Jimmy said it would keep fine in side the paper bags it is wrapped in.

Well that's what I'm bringing and too late to change.

Planed to get underway today but had a problem with the tow rig. Oh well, that gave me time to do some extra boat training with Colorado brother.

3wt thanks for shipping the shad- that's not a saying, is it?

I don't know what you told him but he wants me to cook it up.  Got any recipes he might like?

Yes.  Roll 2 whole shad in olive oil and garlic.  You'll want to let them marinate for a good 8 hours, so put one fish in each of his boots just before bedtime, leave until he discovers them the next morning.

Will be thinking about you guys and probably enjoy a pickled herring and onion sandwich on sourdough rye. Actually kind of feeling blue for missing the fishing and the good company at Neah. Well - at least the fishing .
Had a glorious SR19 Finnesse.

Mr.Petersen

I have the BBQ in the back of my truck. I get off work at 4pm and would like to get out of Neah Bay as soon as I can because I have some last minute stuff to do before tomorrow. Where should I drop this guy off?

Ok, it will be there. I left a lighter wand and a full propane tank. The igniter doesn't work so you need to use the wand.
