I have a friend with an '89 17 ft Sea Chaser.  Does anyone know the size of the tank?  Also, was there a gas gauge on this year?

Is the motor well flat or slanted up going forward.  Flat 20?, slant 27.  I don't think Auburn Arima installed fuel gauges on tanks you can easily look at.

It's either 23 or 27. My 87 17 SC was 23. It did have a sending unit.

My 1989 17' Sea Chaser had a 23 gallon tank... due to deformation with age I think it was more like 20-21.
