Anchoring Transducer Cable
« on: July 22, 2015, 08:22:46 PM »
I need to anchor my transducer cable to the transom and motor well. I would really prefer not to drill holes unless absolutely necessary but I also don't want to bond on anything that would damage the gel coat. And of course keeping the cables in place is the key requirement.

I've been looking at pictures on here and particularly noticed these posted by Threeweight:

I think (?) these are the square cable tie anchors that come with double sided tape - is that right? These guys:

Whatever anchors you used how did you attach them to the boat? Is the 3M Command adhesive any use for this application? I found they make a cable clip

Thanks in advance!
