Any suggestions would be appreciated! The one I have on the boat is definitely not marine grade. The existing panel had a rectangular hole and am limited to a mini rocker switch. I will make a new panel to accommodate a better switch.
Thanks!

I replaced my factory switch with a rocker switch and wouldn't do it again.

I find that someone will accidently turn the pump on by brushing up against it while fishing and it gets left on for quite a while until I notice.  I've since made a little stopper for the switch, but I'd rather not need it.

If I were to do it over, I'd select a switch that wasn't easy to turn on by accident.  Maybe a pull switch:  http://www.partdeal.com/wiring-electrical/switches/push-pull/cole-hersee-pvc-coated-marine-push-pull-switch-12v-10a-bulk-pkg-m-606.html?utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&adpos=1o3&scid=scplp77171842&sc_intid=77171842&gclid=EAIaIQobChMIyez27PjM5AIVih-tBh0f2Qm0EAQYAyABEgIlJ_D_BwE

Too easy to bump the switch on mounted in front of the transom corner.  Filled my shoe more than once

I got the factory switch replacement by calling Belinda several years ago.  Went with it because it fit the hole and never had an issue with accidentally turning it on.  The replacement has worked well so far.

I put mine up in the helm in an empty spot in the main panel. That way it's out of the salt and won't corrode and crap out.

Blue seas systems all the way with whatever you decide.  Building out my new to me sled, had a couple different issues and they were the most helpful, easy to deal with company I've ever dealt with.  Have always used their products but now I'm a dedicated customer 100%
