Title: Westport Tuna on Kodak
Post by: FishAddict on September 10, 2019, 06:57:26 PM
Sorry I didn't take a bunch of pictures this time, but I wanted to let anyone that has been thinking about going for tuna...GO NOW!!!  It was fantastic fishing 45 mi SW. The ride out Sunday was pretty snotty.  Once on the tuna grounds it actually got better and was pretty decent.  We had a bait stop that went wide open and was a lot of fun with the jack pole.  Things got a little wet on the deck with all the fish weight and scuppers letting more water in than out so I'll make another post on some boat setup questions I have.  Get out there and be Safe.  Also anyone know where I can get the zippers replaced on my reliable kill bag?  The crew managed to rip them off trying to get the bag shut lol.  Oh and make sure you get a pair of these Minion Sea Sick glasses of Amazon this guy claims they work lol.
