IMO the 19 HT with the forward slanted windshield like in that video is the "perfect" Arima

Back to that Merc 90 the 75/90/115 are mechanically the same motors I believe and the only difference being the ECU. If it is a great deal I would check with a Merc dealer if you could buy the 115 ECU and plug it in and have a 115. A good Mercury mechanic would know.
