Looking for 2 Manual Downriggers

Now that people are buying new electric downriggers, I'm in the market for owners looking to downsize their garage art of manual downriggers.  I currently don't have any downriggers on my 1998 Ranger HT.

in fresh water used only. They were used by me only. Got the manual for them.

I have a pair of Penns.  One has a long boom and one has a short boom.
