Anyone ever chase those critters around the beach and what did you do with the little guys after ya caught them ?

We used to catch them. My brother would gut them and deep fry until extra crispy, then eat them whole.

We used to girlfriends "grunion hunting" but I don't remember ever catching any grunion....or even looking for them... :jester:

I remember going to the river to watch the submarine races.  Never did see any go by.... :rimshot:

  We watched the 'submarine races' on the Yakima River - never saw any there, either.
