Title: Corroded window frames ?

This could be a solution to the bi-metal corrosion caused by the stainless steel snaps in the window frames??

Ooh those look interesting, are they made of aluminum or of a plastic composite?

Looks like they come in two different materials. Composite is one of them. I didn't read thoroughly, but seems like you would need to tap the aluminum first?

I know plastic can be very strong. I have a staple gun that shoots 16ga 1-1/4" plastic nails into Hard Rock Maple.
