Danno has moved to California and I am trying to indoctrinate him into our lifestyle.
Danno, I think you would like this place. The main Brewery is in Escondito. The brewery in the photos is in the old Navy/Marine barracks in San Diego.

Remember that I have family down here, a time share condo in Coronado and my work brought me down monthly. I know many of the breweries but they are finally exploding in number so I've gots lots of exploring to go.
Pizza Port in San Clemente is mighty fine with great pizza too! I've been to Stone, Coronado, Port Brewing (which owns Pizza Port, Ballast and one other), Alesmith and quite a few others. It's not Beervana (Portland) but it is improving.
So many breweries. So little time.
There's a few good breweries popping up around temecula too! Apparently, the hops grows good with the grapes.
This one is pretty good....

Absolutely love Stone beers. I bought one of the mixed 12 packs the other day. It didn't last long.
You buy it. You drink it. Then you can't buy the same one again... :shrug9:
Croaker I still remember that Double Bastard ale we enjoyed! Somehow, it's name seemed fitting...
Can't find it anymore... :shrug9:
I think they told me one of these guys is the "Brew Master".
I was brewmaster for a day at Widmer back in 2005...

You look happy and in your element.
Keep those old Stone bottles! People collect them, and pay decent money too! More if they are un opened.
