I have a 15' 11" sea explorer on a shorelandr trailer.  The roller at the bow rides "under" the bow eye.  I am thinking that changing that roller to a double roller assembly would cure that problem but can't find one on the internet and shorelandr doesn't make one.  Anyone have any ideas where I could find one or even seen one?

Why not just adjust the roller to go on top of the bow eye?

I've been there done that with my Pacific Trailer .
My issue was the post was to short and I had to get a new post.

Try fisherdv idea, that might be the answer.

If not, you might need to put the boat in the water and then do the adjustments, depending on where the boats sitting on the trailer.

Part of the problem is the tongue is a folding tongue and the post is all the way forward.  I need to slide the boat back but not sure if I can slide it far enough back to not make it to light on the hitch.

You could...Add a spare tire to the tongue. That would offset some of the weight.
