Put Rory on the tour list too.......

HOw many are we up to?  Is there a manageable limit?  If HEMI has supervisory powers we may be able to keep more in line...

Last year we took up a collection and bought a Norwegian Cod Jig mold. It worked great last year for halibut and lingcod. Anyone got some ideas for a new mold this year for the lead pour? As far as supplies like eyelets and forms for jigs, I was planning on buying a whole bunch of everything we need, and then putting out a collection jar to cover the costs. No need to bring me PBR. I cut beer from my diet.

This looks like it mike be cool, but I really don't see how much different it would be to the flutter jig molds I have. Now if this was a "flatfall" knockoff, maybe?  :shrug9:

I just bought a couple of the pink and white 120g ones myself. I plan on using them exclusively for tuna. Way too expensive to lose bottom fishing Neah Bay!

I will be bringing my 12 oz jig mold.  Please see the attached link for the hook specification as I will not be supplying the hooks.  I have purchased them from sportco as singles 12/0 Mustad Siwash for around $1 per hook.

I'm not going to be able to attend the lead pour this year, but I reserved 100 lbs of lead from Rifleman.  If someone attending the pour needs the lead, they can purchase the lead I reserved from him.

Rifleman:  If no one is interested, I will honor my commitment and buy the lead, but I'll have to meet you in Gig Harbor some afternoon to pick it up.

Or, I'll pack it for you D.  Not in a rucksack though

Now that the boat is sort of finished and the fishing seasons are so short, I'm concerned that those hobbies won't leave me suitably broke anymore.  Finishing the shop will ensure a lifetime of destitution, and not having to figure out what to do with money is one less stress in my life.

So if someone going to the lead pour needs lead, I'll give up my share.  If not, I'm more than happy to buy it from Rifleman.  I pretty much buy lead any chance I get.
